So, I ended up taking an extra load day due to the fact that I didnt load well enough. I was getting really bad headaches, and started getting stomach pains due to hunger. I know some people say this is your body feeling "empty" and not hungry, but I knew that I didnt eat as much as I could on the two load days.
On my VLCD 1 I was doing way better than the day before. I wasnt hungry most of the day which is great for me! I had tea for breakfast, and grilled chicken with cucumbers, and an apple for lunch. with TONS of water and gree tea! I started drinking green tea after my dinner and I found that this helps alot. It helps in burning your fat. I know HCG does this as well, but If you can get some extra help... why not?!
On my VLCD 2 I was less hungry in the morning, and really excited that I was down 2.2 lbs! I had a lean steak for lunch with tomatoes and an orange for lunch. I made breaded chicken for dinner.

•4Oz chicken
•1 Melba toast (ground into powder)
•1/2 c homemade chicken broth
•1/4 t garlic powder
•1/4 t paprika
•salt/pepper to taste
Followed by green tea after dinner.

Starting the HCG Diet
My girlfriend and I both decided to start the HHCG diet after considering it for many weeks. I have a couple of friends that have done the injections, and have lost tons of weight, and my girlfriends mom lost 40+ lbs with the HCG spray! We dont have the money to take the injections, so we both decided to do the drops, and we went with the Homeopathic drops.
We received the drops on a Wednesday, but started Phase I on Thursday, so our loading days were Thursday and Friday. At first we thought that we were going to enjoy these two days, but I felt disgusting and for once in my life I felt as if I couldnt eat any more! Mind you, during the loading days you need to constantly be full!
Things I ate during my 2 loading days: Hame and cheese sanwich, Pizza, Pasta, Cheese Fries, Potato Chips, Cookie Dough, Cookies, Coke, Juice, Meat, and more pizza!
On my third day- VLCD 1... I woke up fine, not too hungry, had my coffee with Stevia, then had a 4oz Chicken breast with tomatoes and an apple for lunch. I literally inhaled it, which is odd considering all the crap I ate the two days prior to my 1st VLCD. After lunch, I drank water, but i started getting these headaches and stomach pain... I couldnt end my hunger no matter how much I drank water or took the drops! I then considered having an extra load day since i didnt eat all that much on my second load day. I had more pizza with extra cheese, pasta, doritos, some starbucks, candy, everything I thought I would miss!
It is IMPORTANT to load to capacity on the first 2 days, if not, I promise that you will suffer on Phase II.
