VLCD 1 & 2

So, I ended up taking an extra load day due to the fact that I didnt load well enough. I was getting really bad headaches, and started getting stomach pains due to hunger. I know some people say this is your body feeling "empty" and not hungry, but I knew that I didnt eat as much as I could on the two load days.

On my VLCD 1 I was doing way better than the day before. I wasnt hungry most of the day which is great for me! I had tea for breakfast, and grilled chicken with cucumbers, and an apple for lunch. with TONS of water and gree tea! I started drinking green tea after my dinner and I found that this helps alot. It helps in burning your fat. I know HCG does this as well, but If you can get some extra help... why not?!

On my VLCD 2 I was less hungry in the morning, and really excited that I was down 2.2 lbs! I had a lean steak for lunch with tomatoes and an orange for lunch. I made breaded chicken for dinner.

•4Oz chicken

•1 Melba toast (ground into powder)

•1/2 c homemade chicken broth

•1/4 t garlic powder

•1/4 t paprika

•salt/pepper to taste


Followed by green tea after dinner.
